Terms and Conditions – AM Pilot

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the AM Pilot platform (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

AM Pilot provides software solutions for managing additive manufacturing operations, including quotation systems, order management, file handling, and production workflows.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

AM Pilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Services are provided on a subscription or contractual basis.
  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

5. Customer Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data uploaded or processed within the platform, including files, customer data, and pricing information.

AM Pilot does not access, use, or exploit your data except as necessary to provide the Service or when explicitly requested for support.

6. Self-Hosted Deployments

For standalone or self-hosted deployments:

  • You are fully responsible for infrastructure, security, and data management.
  • AM Pilot does not have access to your data unless explicitly granted by you.
  • Support services are limited to the scope defined in your agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the AM Pilot platform, including software, design, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of AM Pilot.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Upload malicious or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
  • Interfere with system integrity or security

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and available Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AM Pilot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the previous 12 months.

11. Termination

AM Pilot may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or fail to make required payments.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
